Existing Customers

If you are an existing customer of Accessible Systems, Inc. (ASI), and the equipment needing to be fixed was installed by ASI, please fill out the form below to submit a service ticket. This service call request is to troubleshoot and repair stair lifts, wheelchair ramps, wheelchair lifts, ceiling lifts and other home accessibility equipment. After submission, a service specialist will call to schedule the actual service/repair.

Non-customers

In certain cases, Accessible Systems, Inc. (ASI), may repair certain home accessibility equipment that was NOT installed by ASI. These service call requests are taken one by one and repairs are not guaranteed.
