Our service and repair department is here to help! We can help repair the following items: stairlifts, home elevators, ramps, wheelchair lifts, mobility equipment and more. We honor our commitment to quality and will always prioritize repair service on equipment sold by Accessible Systems.*
Service Department Hours:
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Closed Weekends and Holidays
- Scheduling and Call-Backs: Once a service report is requested, you can expect a call back for scheduling within 24 hours.
- Emergency Service: If you are stuck in a lift, please call 911 for immediate assistance
- After hours: Service calls will be filed the following business day
Parts and DIY repair: We will try and troubleshoot non-working equipment over the phone whenever possible, however please understand that a scheduled visit might be needed to properly repair the device. We cannot and do not sell equipment or parts for self-installation and will not be liable for any lifts or equipment that have been tampered with (attempted to repair) by the user.
Service/Warranty Calls: ASI offers a (1) year installation warranty on all products installed into a home. This includes grab bars, stairlifts, elevators, wheelchair lifts, bathrooms and other home modifications. If within (1) year of the date on the signed closing documents you are experiencing a problem with one of your ASI products, feel free to contact us and we will be sure to make it right. The installation warranty does not cover any additional parts that might be needed for repairs; those might very well be covered under the manufacturer’s product warranty instead.
