The Home Instead Senior Care of Northern Colorado

To Mike and Carol, providing nearly 4 million hours of service to the Northern Colorado area has been very rewarding. To them, it’s personal. As joint owners of Home Instead since March 2006, and involved with Home Instead Senior Care since 1999, their commitment to senior care is evident through their community outreach and strong desire to obtain the highest quality CAREGivers and staff. Through this mission,n they continue to positively impact the lives of hundreds of families in Northern Colorado. Joining them in this mission are the many CAREGivers and office personnel who share the same desires to provide peace of mind and quality care to the community.

At Home Instead Senior Care of Northern Colorado, we specialize in serving families throughout Larimer and Weld County. We hire professional in-home CAREGivers who can assist you or your loved one to age in place. CAREGivers help seniors live independently and safely in their own homes or in residential care facilities. Typically, our CAREGivers help seniors with their non-medical care needs, such as medication reminders, bathing, and hygiene, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands and shopping. These are things that family members just can not do all the time, particularly when they are working and have other family obligations. Our services provide a respite to family caregivers who may feel overwhelmed and need additional support.

The Home Instead network really focuses on the importance of training the team of CAREGivers on not only the basics of caregiving but some specialized care such as Alzheimer’s, other types of dementia and hospice support. Each CAREGiver completes a comprehensive training program to deliver individualized care with compassion. CAREGivers are able to function independently, anticipate the needs of our clients and understand the changing dynamics of one’s health.
